Data export for BugBot review

I’m interested in doing a deeper analysis of BugBot and its impact on our PR review process. I want to export a csv of all of the reviews it has done with the following information:

  • PR it reviewed
  • Cost of the review
  • Effort level it used
  • Timestamp of the review

It seems like the analytics should have this but I’m not seeing an obvious way to get this information. Any recommendations for how to do this?

Hey @mAAdhaTTah, thanks for the question!

Most of the requested data is available through two dashboard exports.

  1. Go to cursor.com/dashboard and open Usage.
  2. Select the date range you want to analyze.
  3. If available, select Bugbot under Filter by. If it is disabled, leave All selected.
  4. Click Export CSV.

The Usage CSV includes the timestamp, repository, PR number, PR author, and cost for each Bugbot review. If you export all usage, rows with PR Number populated currently identify Bugbot reviews.

For outcome data, open Bugbot in Automations and use the download button above the PR table. That export contains one row per PR with total, resolved, and unresolved issues, plus severity counts for resolved issues. You can join the exports using repository and PR number, but normalize the repository first. The Usage CSV uses values such as github.com/org/repo, while the Bugbot export uses org/repo. The remaining gap is effort level. It is not currently included in either export.
