Debug mode dont work with MCP's

Describe the Bug

In the IDE version 2.3.34, when I try to use the debug mode in the chat is not recognize the MCP config, for exspmple JIra and GitHub that i use.
When I go back to agent mode, it works.

Steps to Reproduce

config a Jira MCP -“Atlassian-MCP-Server”: {
“url”: “https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp”
},
and change to debug mode - run test Jira MCP
It will say that no resources were found
Go to agent mode and run again, all is working

Expected Behavior

work like in agent mode

Any way that I try, Debug Mode has visibility into MCP tools in my environment.

Could you share a Request ID with Privacy Mode disabled (Cursor Settings > General > Privacy)? That would help us look into what’s going on with your request.

Just to be sure, can you check if under Cursor Settings > Tools & MCP, that MCP server is showing as green with tools enabled? I suppose it should, if the Agent is able to use it, but please check!

Hi, for security issues, i cant open the Privacy Mode
But you can see here that it is green
