Disabling port forwarding from background agents

Describe the Bug

Is there a way to disable port forwarding from background agents by default?

Steps to Reproduce

Create a background agent, exposed ports are forwarded to the local machine. If I have a process locally on the same port, but different hostaddr, I may receive a conflict when connecting – e.g. a local process bound on 0.0.0.0, but Cursor’s port forwarding binds on 127.0.0.1

Having a way to disable automatic port forwarding or bouncing to a different free port on any potential conflict (localhost vs 0.0.0.0) of the port number would be ideal.
