Display question mark when agent is waiting for my response. Eg. approve something, answer questions, etc. But not when agent is ready with the task

In the Agents Window, the dot now turns yellow when the agent is waiting on your input.
The Editor works a bit differently. It shows the agent as in progress (spinning circle) while waiting for your approval, or ... if waiting for you to answer a question, with a blue dot indicating the agent is working but has something unread.
