Describe the request
When users paste API keys, client secrets, webhook secrets, etc. into Agent/Chat, that content currently enters conversation history and may be retained long-term. Even if it is not published publicly, anyone with access to the chat, sync/backup, or support tooling can still read it — creating real leak and compliance risk.
Please consider:
1.Detect common secret patterns and redact or refuse to store plaintext
2.Warn users strongly when a secret is detected, and offer a way to scrub it from history
3.For teams/enterprise, default to no training on chats and minimal retention for secret-like content
4.Document clearly how chat content is stored and for how long
This is especially important for fintech and payment customers.
