If we can do it in the IDE, why not in Cursor cloud agents?
Hi @Slava_Roikhel Thanks, for the question! As you mentioned, yes, the Figma MCP is fully supported in the IDE but for cloud agents it’s not there yet. We’re in touch with the Figma team and hopefully it will be supported in Cloud agents soon!

It’s annoying that there is a Figma plugin on the agents’ settings when it’s just skills. What’s the point of that?

Any updates on the above please? I purchased a figma subscription and Im quite disappointed that this is not working with Cloud agents. Works pretty well with the IDE but I do most of my work from my phone while travelling so would be good to have it.

Figma MCP is still supported in the desktop IDE, but it is not available for Cloud Agents yet. No timeline to share, but this thread is still on our radar and I’ll post here when there is an update.
