Does the unused API limit carry over to the next month?

I am currently on the $200 plan which includes a $400 API usage limit. I would like to clarify whether any unused portion of this $400 limit carries over to the following month, or if the limit resets at the start of every billing cycle.

Some rollover would be nice, even if it’s only $100 worth. Hard cliffs general cause distortions, spikes, odd behaviors, etc., even for the systems which serve them, and are unpleasant for users to work with.

However, I must express my disappointment regarding this policy. Given the $200 price point, I was expecting at least a one-month rollover for unused credits. Professional workloads often fluctuate, and having a “carry-over” period would provide the necessary flexibility to justify such a high-tier investment. I hope you consider this as feedback for future updates.
