Drag and drop to context chat window on Windows 11 not working

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

video here of bug - can’t drag and drop from windows explorer to chat window. strangely, it works with .txt files (and even jpeg / image files) but not anything else. note, i’m on windows 11. i don’t have this issue in vs code

Steps to Reproduce

drag from windows explorer to chat window. file doesn’t get added to context

file should be added to context
