Describe the Bug
When attempting to use the toggle bar after canceling a previous operation with the Escape key, the system displays an error and becomes unresponsive for further input.
Error Message: Cannot access ‘U’ before initialization
Steps to Reproduce
1- Press Command + K to open the toggle bar.
2- Type @docs and select a documentation file.
3- Add instructions below the selected documentation.
4- Press Escape instead of submitting the input.
5- Press Command + K again.
Expected Behavior
No error message should appear.
The toggle bar should open and function normally, allowing the user to type or select options as intended.
