Error connecting to gemini-1206

gemini-1206 stopped working a few days ago. I like this model for good clear explanations. I see a message:
“Error connecting to gemini-openai. Please try again in a few moments.
Request ID: 847729a5-ea94-4b1c-931c-c6c6be05f042”

At the same time gemini-2.0-flash-thinking-exp works normally.

Windows 11 Home, Cursor 0.45.5

Hey, gemini-1206 has been very hit and miss, my guess is we will remove it very soon!

gemini-2.0-flash-thinking-exp is also very good. May be even better than gemini-1206
