This problem has been bothering me for a week; it’s extremely urgent, and it’s disrupting my work!!!

Hey @enos_wong, sorry this has been blocking you for a week. It’s an issue we’re tracking with 3.28 on Windows in the Agents Window, not your network or antivirus. Two ways to get working now:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+N (or File > Open IDE) and use the Agent chat in the editor window. It isn’t affected.
  2. Or go back to 3.27: first set Cursor Settings > Beta > Update Access to Default (Nightly would update you straight back to 3.28), then install 3.27 from cursor.com/download.

On Claude: Anthropic doesn’t serve every region, so if you’re in one it doesn’t support, Claude won’t show up in Cursor. Auto and your other models still work (Regions).
