Exact Folder Full Context

Depending on the global settings, linking to a folder either shares a tree outline or its full contents.

Add an option in the chat message window to specify this setting for a particular folder.

Example:

  1. Globally, I have attachments set to tree outline mode.
  2. I attach a folder.
  3. I hover over the folder name in the context line and click the button “Share full contents”.
  4. Now, this specific folder in this specific message will be shared in full, and Cursor won’t prompt me to change the global setting.
