Expand Cursor Logs

Add MCP Server Log file for troubleshooting Client Connection issues.

Currently, there are no means available to identify failures in the process to Cursor Users. Even if the files are stored in the <.cursor> directory accessible to only admins, there should be a means to help resolve MCP Server issues. As well, it helps in bug identification and streamlining the troubleshooting process.

Same is true for Agent interaction. It would be helpful to review chat logs.
