My cursor cannot install cursor server. why?
My another laptop (in same network) is fine, but this desktop doesnt suddenly.
Cursor server cannot be installed in my computer.

From these logs, it looks like it is prompting for your password. Is the password prompt box showing up? (If not, could you share a screenshot?)

yes, it appears and I enter the password but it shows repeatedly without logging in. I am attaching the video file.
Via vs code, it is possible.
But via cursor I cannot.

Hi @SSB , this looks like expected behavior. When the server is copied over from the host, we require the password be entered up to 4 times, since it takes a couple different connections to set everything up.

Hi @SSB , this looks like a connection error. I’d recommend trying again until it works, or if possible, try a more stable network connection.
