If I didn’t consume all my fast requests, would it carry over to the next month? How many fast requests should we normally have? I read, it’s a thousand (1,000). Is it really a thousand?

No, you only have 500 fast requests and an unlimited number of slow ones.
You can check your quota usage on the settings page: Settings | Cursor - The AI-first Code Editor
Unfortunately, unused requests do not carry over to the next month.
