Gemini’s official API supports images, but images cannot be transferred in Cursor.
Hope this feature will be added to the Gemini series models.

The Gemini models are still somewhat experimental, hence the lack of support for images in the prompts, but we hope to develop and improve the support for Gemini in the future, as we continue to test it against other models to give you the best options to code with!
