Feature Request - Keyboard Shortcuts for questions

Hi Cursor Team,

I often receive single or multi-option suggestions from the AI model in formats similar to this:

Would you like to:

  1. [First suggested action]
  2. [Second suggested action]
  3. [Third suggested action]

It would be great to quickly select among these options via:

  • Keyboard Shortcuts: When the chat input field is focused, allow selecting options by pressing number keys (1, 2, 3, etc.).
  • Clickable UI Buttons: Provide clickable or touch-friendly buttons next to each option for easy mouse or touch interaction.

This would significantly streamline interactions by removing the need to manually retype or copy-paste suggested commands.

Maybe also some logic if I want 1&2 both :slight_smile:
