Describe the request
Currently, even when an MCP server is configured globally (e.g., in ~/.cursor/mcp.json) or locally, the Cursor Agent in headless mode (e.g., in the CLI or CI/CD pipelines) cannot utilize the tools until the workspace has been explicitly trusted through the interactive UI.
This requirement breaks non-interactive workflows and requires manual intervention to set up a trusted state
