Forum shows related content before posting

For any given bug or issue or feature request, there are about 10+ separate forum posts that get created.
Instead of relying on people to actually look before posting, maybe force them to look at related topics based on their post before posting

Forum feature idea. Showing suggestions based on existing topics when user creates a new topic may reduce the amount of duplications. Thx Upd: Oh, I see ”related” section down below. Cool, cool. But still, better to see such thing also when topic is not created yet, maybe right after the title was entered?
