Billing Bug: New Pro mode exceeding usage billing threshold WITHOUT WARNING!

@deanrie - I’ve confirmed this is a billing bug that needs to be addressed. When a user hits the rate limits there are no calls to check if a users billing threshold has been reached before continuing. I have reproduced this twice now and have managed to incur costs $10 above my threshold. [image (10)] [image (9)]
