`gemini-2.5-pro` has incorrect name in custom mode selection

Describe the Bug

When gemini-2.5-pro is selected in the custom mode UI, then the mode is edited, the name falls back to gemini-2.5-pro-preview-05-...

Steps to Reproduce

Create a gemini-2.5-pro custom mode, try to edit it.

Expected Behavior

It should say gemini-2.5-pro.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
