Gemini 2.5 model not working in agent mode even I tried with api key and without it still same on both only works on ask and manually mode works but not on agent mode.

Yes same for default agent mode also, only works in ask and manual mode.

+1, what is going on with cursor releasing so many buggy features- I mean it doesnt work at all
Shipping quickly and maintaining high software quality is challenging. Extensive QA cycles can significantly delay releases. It’s likely their priority is quick deployment, followed by later refinements
+1 I’m having the same issue. I had to reinstall to even get it working for ask mode. For some reason it was acting like I had my api key turned on and telling me my plan or api key was not able to use gemini. Once I reinstalled, ask started working but now I am getting this same error.
