Every time I want to use Gemini 3 it says “Provider overloaded”. This is just ridiculous… with an Ultra Plan I should have some priority ratelimits or something… I just can’t work with Cursor properly like this.

Yes I know it’s not the latest Cursor Version because there is a massive bug so I switched to this version.

  • 2-3 Request IDs from failed attempts: chat menu → Copy Request ID
  • Screenshot of “Provider overloaded”, error time and region
  • Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics result

You’re on 2.0.77. If possible, check the latest version - some users in related threads noted improvements after updates. Let us know what specific “mass bug” prevents updating so we can track it too.
