In testing the new Gemini 3 Pro model many of the responses show <system_reminder></system_reminder> for Plan Mode in the response to the user.

Steps to Reproduce

Unclear but definitely Gemini 3 Pro specific and use Plan Mode/Build and follow up in Agent mode with more prompts after.

Expected Behavior

Do not show system reminders to the user.

Hey, thanks for the report! This is a prompt engineering issue where internal system instructions are β€œleaking” into user-visible responses for Gemini 3.0 Pro.

Since Gemini 3.0 Pro only launched yesterday, the team is still working through a number of integration issues. I’ll pass this on to the team.

In the meantime, the model should still function correctly, and the tags are just visual noise in the output.
