Generating..... In Composer

Paying customer here, cant get composer to suggest anything just sticks on Generating… and chat is beyond useless. Is there anything i can do?, i expect problem occasionally for a free product but paying is a different expectation.

48 hours i have been suffering this problem, any suggestions would be great.

It seems the model stopped responding during generation. Try starting a new session, this should solve the problem.
