I’m having trouble getting the software up and running I downloaded from the site directly and installed yet in doesn’t launch when I attempt to use the app. Has anyone else had this problem?
Did not have the issue myself, however, are you running macOS, Linux or Windows? Which version/distribution? Have you tried killing the app via terminal/task manager and restarting it? Also, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it with a fresh download just in case something got corrupted while installing, also disable any and all 3rd party anti-virus software while installing the app as they might be doing something to the installer on the background for no reason at all
