When asking the agent in cursor to access files on google drive.

Access blocked: Authorisation error
You can’t sign in to this app because it doesn’t comply with Google’s OAuth 2.0 policy for keeping apps secure.

You can let the app developer know that this app doesn’t comply with one or more Google validation rules.

Thanks for the report !

Can you confirm whether you’re hitting this in Cursor or in Grok Bot? Your report mentions both, so I want to make sure we’re looking in the right place:

The version you listed (0.29.0) is definitely a Grok Bot version, not a Cursor one.

For context on both fronts:

  • If this is Grok Bot: we shipped fixes for a set of Google auth issues on Friday, so it’s worth retrying and letting us know if you’re still blocked.
  • If this is Cursor: we have additional Google auth fixes landing in 3.19, so that should address it.

Either way, if you can share which product you’re on (and the exact version), we’ll get you sorted.
