Thank you, the usage tab doesn’t show it for “Included”, is that expected? I’m just wondering if it’s not perhaps a similar problem to dvasya that it’s not properly applying the 50% off (as noted, it seems to be unusually consuming plan credits)
I cannot select high or xhigh reasoning levels in the cloud agent default models, is this intentional?
Yes, this is intentional for now. Cloud agents currently expose a more limited set of default model/reasoning options than the local Cursor app, so xhigh reasoning levels are not available there for some models

I looked at the billing data for all of your requests since 5.5 was launched, and the 50% discount was applied to every single GPT 5.5 request of yours without any exception.
Also, I took a closer look at your usage based invoice that you received on April 27 and I saw that it was all for Claude requests in the prior month starting from March 26, 2026. GPT 5.5 usage did not hit that invoice of yours. I did not notice any issues.
Hi @jugalfreespace Yes, you can use the latest models, you just need to be in Max Mode. The promotional launch 50% off until May 2 applies for everybody, including enterprise users.
You can absolutely still use new frontier models (including GPT-5.5) on a legacy request-based plan — they just have to be run in Max Mode.

i have the exact same problem with gpt-5.5-medium it burned to my tokens, even with the ultra plan i had to enable pay as you use and it burns and burns
Hi, thanks for the post! I took a look at your account, and I see that 93% of your billable gpt 5.5 tokens are cache read, so everything looks normal there to me. @Virtuos

Hi, it’s still May 2, and I’m being charged for GPT-5.5 at full price. I’ve already been charged over $300 extra today, on a total of $600. This doesn’t feel fair. what happens ?
