Grok Bot 0.47.0 stable, Windows.
All bots silent (Jarvis, Ethan). “ok” gets no reply.
2026-09-15 KST: local PC reboot during local capture → Quit/relaunch → Update Agent Computer → Reset Agent Computer → Privacy Mode on.
Local Grok Bot processes are running. Still no replies.
Please rebuild my Agent Computer on your side.
I will not reset / update / logout / reinstall again.
Hey, Agent Computer is fine. Nothing is stuck on our side. Both the Update and Reset you ran completed normally, bots, files, and logins are all intact. Please don’t run Reset, Update, or a reinstall again for this, it won’t change anything.
What actually happened is your account used up its weekly included Grok Bot usage, roughly on Tuesday around 13:30 KST. After that, each message is accepted but rejected before the bot can reply, so you see silence. At that point the app should show a clear “usage limit reached” notification, and right now it doesn’t. This is a known issue we’re tracking, and I’ve passed your report to the team.
You can see the remaining usage and the exact reset time in the app at Settings > Usage, that’s the most reliable source. For your account, the reset should happen around Monday, September 21, in the first half of the day KST. After it resets, just send your message again and the bots will work.
If you don’t want to wait, go to cursor.com/dashboard/spending using the same Grok account you use for Grok Bot, and enable On-Demand usage with a monthly limit you’re comfortable with. Bots should resume within a couple of minutes. Cursor Pro is a separate product and doesn’t add Grok Bot usage, so you don’t need to buy it for this.
One more thing, it looks like you have two copies of the app logged in, 0.47.0 and 0.51.0. Keep only the newer one running to avoid confusion.
