The “Never” wasn’t coming from your setting. There’s an issue on our side where the app sometimes doesn’t finish linking your Mac to your account. Until that link exists, the server treats the computer as “Never” no matter what the setting or the synced config says. That’s why reinstalling, the new machine ID, updating to 0.71.2 and Full Disk Access didn’t change anything, and why no approval card appeared.
From what we can see, your Mac finished linking at about 14:55 your time, right after a privacy choice was saved in your account settings on grok.com. Local reads and commands have been going through since then. Could you confirm that a fresh local Read of that file now returns its contents?
