Every shell command on my bots’ computer has hung until the 840-second timeout since Oct 22. I found the cause: an autostart line at the end of /home/box/.bashrc. It’s now commented out, but the computer needs a restart to clear the stuck processes. “Update Bot’s Computer” only offers Reset on my account, and support asked me not to use it. Ticket T-I17844 says it may be 3 to 4 days before a human looks at it. Could a staff member restart or reprovision my computer, or confirm that Reset is safe? This is the same symptom as this thread.
