Hey @jsolly, thanks for the report and the screenshot!
Those two bubbles are connector cards: the interactive previews that some connectors, Fastmail included, show in chat when your Bot searches or reads email. The iOS app version currently on the App Store doesn’t support these cards yet, which is why it asks you to update even though you’re already on the latest version. Support for them is already built and will come in an upcoming iOS update.
This is a known issue we’re already tracking, and I’ve added your report to it.
In the meantime, the same chat opened in the Grok Bot app on your Mac shows these cards. Your Bot’s final text reply also carries the answer, and you can ask it to write out the email details as a regular message whenever you want them on your phone.
