High CPU usage after start (MacOS)

As soon as I launch cursor - my Mac starts to heat up and make noise, CPU load is 100%+, 4 days ago this was not the case (( Macos 15.4.1 Sequoia , Apple M4,

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, the issue might be related to extensions. Try booting in safe mode using this command in the terminal: cursor --disable-extensions. Also, check other projects, as the problem might be related to a specific project.
