Monitoring - With the release of Claude 3.7, demand to try the new model is currently causing some rate-limiting issues, where users may see connection errors when attempting to use Claude models. To help mitigate this high demand, we have temporarily removed Claude 3.7 from free trial and slow pool users, while we resolve the usage issues.

This thing is unreasonable and unacceptable.
Cursor stands out from everyone else with this feature. If you disable it, you will lose many subscribers, and I will be the first to leave.

I’m not certain when it will happen, but please keep an eye on the status page for updates.

I’m really frustrated with the recent issues surrounding Claude 3.7! The high demand has led to rate-limiting problems, and now, slow pool users are being completely sidelined.
It’s incredibly disappointing that after all the hype, many of us can’t even access the model due to these connection errors. Why should slow pool users be the ones to suffer when trying to explore what Claude 3.7 has to offer? This feels unjust and poorly handled.
When will this nonsense end? We deserve better access and communication regarding these limitations. I hope the team can resolve this quickly and allow all users to experience Claude 3.7 without these frustrating restrictions!

Flow action credits are not the same as cursor requests. 1 prompt can result in 3+ flow action credits being used if files are edited or it browses the web.
Such a joke, we’re paying 20 dollars a month just to be forced to switch to outdated models constantly. Haven’t been able to use 3.7 for six days straight
Since today i’ve noticed that Sonnet 3.7 doesnt work with @Codebase annotation, cuz it literally ask me to copy files for view instead of doing yb itself
I’m tired, it’s been 2 weeks that the 3.7 model came out but it’s always on “high demand”. The devs can’t even resolve the issue, half of my credits are wasted just to get a “try again later”. Disappointing.
