i am pro plan user with onDemand usage and i have credits left
3 days in a row in the 11:00- 16:00 GMT+2 its just impossible to use any of models.
i always get repeated error High load on any model

Steps to Reproduce

I go inside ide after full pc and internet reset → run prompt between 11:00- 16:00 GMT+2 and get gight load error

Expected Behavior

i can get response from model

Hey, thanks for the report. A couple of things.

What plan are you on right now? The free plan usually has much stricter request limits, which would explain why you keep getting “High Load” errors during peak hours. Can you double-check your subscription status on https://cursor.com/settings?

If you did purchase Pro, it might be on a different email. If so, make sure you’re signed into Cursor with the same email that has the Pro subscription. Try signing out and back in via Cursor: Settings > Account.

Also, you’re on version 2.4.21, which is a bit old. Please update to the latest version.

Let me know what you see on the settings page and we’ll go from there.
