I agree this seems like a really useful feature. I want to use hooks to automatically update my linear issues as the agent runs in the background, giving them an In Progress status when submitting a prompt and updating the Linear issue with To Review status on stop. But it doesn’t seem to work remotely, only locally.

Yep this would be a great addition. We are planning to replicate the same hooks we have for Cursor IDE to this CLI as well.
This and the fact we can’t see the agents in the IDE’s chat history is a bummer. I honestly expected them to be 1:1
