whenever i create a new chat it auto attaches the current file to the context window
this confuses the llm because it thinks that I’m trying to refer to that actual file, but in reality, it’s just because I’m too lazy to click X. Every time I do a new chat, I have to X out that tab, and it’s honestly really annoying. Is there a setting where I can just disable this auto-attachment?
I was looking for a way to disable this recently, also.
It’s not ideal, but at least there is a quicker way to clear it out than have to click the x: when the chat agent box is empty and the keyboard cursor is in it, just hit backspace. The backspace key will delete the context when it’s at the beginning of that text box.
