How do I enable the top search tab?

In version 0.45, the search tab at the top is enabled,
0.46 version, the search tab at the top has been removed.
Can you tell me how to enable it?

I’ve attached a picture of the issue.

I don’t have a picture of the 0.45 version, so I’m replacing it with a VSCODE picture.

ctrl+p is more easy to use.

Originally, this was only possible with a mouse click.
Is there no way to do it other than keyboard input?
