I get the following error when I try to remove my account.
My company invited me on my company email address and now I want to get rid of my personal email account. That is not possible without leaving the team.
I cannot find an option to “Leave” the team.

while be build out a better self-serve experience, you have to ask your admin to delete you from the team

Hi I have the exact same problem and I am the admin myself in my one person team so I still don’t know how to get rid of the team when the solution is “ask the admin to delete you from team”

@ericzakariasson Hi, I am also facing similar issue. I accepted invite some time back and now when I wish to leave this and return back to my pro account I simply cannot. Please can you help me leave this team, I contacted the team leader they don’t respond at all
I’m also experiencing this issue. I’m working at a startup and I initially used my personal email since I already had a cursor account, but then I received my work email which was automatically added to the team as well.
Now I can’t seem to remove my personal account from the team and use claude-sonnet-4 MAX in my personal projects for fun, since the team doesn’t want to pay for extra requests 
even though I’m already paying for it on my own account, yet I can’t use it…
I’d be happy to help or give some suggestions on this experience if you’re currently working on improving it, but either way, is asking my administrator to remove my personal email from the team still the only viable option at the moment? Thanks!
