How to Display Folder and Subfolders as Tree

Hi all,

I am creating my UI files for a mobile application and every time I move my Themed.tsx to my (UI) folder which is a sub-folder of my ‘components’ it automatically puts my UI next to components.

I want it to be underneath it like all my other folders and sub folders. Any help?

You can see the attached image for reference.

I have even unselected the ‘compact folders’ option in settings and restarted cursor.

After a lot of searching I found the setting. Uncheck the following:
