How to make Cursor a proper window in Linux/Gnome

Right now it is not possible to tell if the focus is on Cursor. Normal windows have different styles for the windowbar but Cursor does not have those, neither it grays the menu bar or tabs like Firefox does.

Also, if the dark theme, not possible to say where the Cursor window ends if it overlaps a terminal window (which is often black so shadows from the Cursor window is not visible).

I have some styles in .config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css but none applies on Cursor, quite annoyingly. Fedora 40, Gnome 46. Thanks,

I would be interested in seeing a screenshot of the described issue.

the screenshot shows borders on all windows and 2 of Firefox windows - one in focus.

Have you tried changing the color theme?
(File → Preferences → VS Code Settings → Workbench → Appearance)

I am using Linux Mint with Cinnamon, and the color of my menu changes slightly when the window loses focus. I am using the Monokai theme.
