How to properly use Worktree and do tasks in parallel?

Hi guyz,
Simply saying - I created 2 Worktree agentic workflows that had conflicting changes to test it out. I applied the first change - and it was reflected in my branch properly. Then I wanted second change and got this view telling me I got conflicts:

When I click Merge manually, all my first changes were reverted and second change was applied. I saw no merge changes to merge it manually.

How to work with it properly? I want both changes to be applied.

Also, why can’t we open another chat that could solve the conflicts for us?

Same here, I used it once and got quite confused. Why so many conflicts, though I’m using one agent only? I started the others, but wasn’t giving them tasks in parallel or something like that
