How to stop cursor from producing .md useless doc files?

So the issue is whatever prompt i give cursor it would start to generate a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng documentation files, how to stop this?

Claude 4.5 sonnet keeps writing long .md files and keeps burning much token on it

I fixed this behavior with two rules: DO NOT create any documentation, changelog, or summary files. DO NOT provide a summary of the changes you made.
