Currently we can set a monthly spend limit. However it would be beneficial to be able to set a separate daily limit to prevent cases where a user unwittingly spends too much on a model.
For example, my monthly budget is $100. I switched to Sonnet 4 Thinking, with Max enabled (not fully understanding the cost) and a single prompt ran up a cost of around $74 before I realised and stopped it.
Being able to set a daily limit of say $10 would have prevented this.
