This becomes very very annoying that allowed command to run as ran by agent and always asking me to confirm.
I already added these commands to allow list. I already create a rule to ask agent to run those commands without asking me. I explicitly asked agent to run ‘git’ without additional ask at the current session, and the Agent / Cursor IDE still stop to ask the permission to run the command.

So please impliement another option when commands on the list match the “Force allow” list, the Cursor IDE will run those commands without permission.

My version is 3.2.0 pre 6

This seems to be what the allowlist was created for. Can you share the command that’s trying to run that is asking for permission, as well as how you’ve configured your allow list?

Please notice, I do not see at this dialog how to add the command to allow list if it is not already there.
