Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Cursor IDE does not allow importing rule url other than github.com. My company uses a different URL so cursor is rejecting it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Cursor Settings
  2. Go to Rules
  3. Add new rule, add from github
  4. type in anything other than github.com

Expected Behavior

it should let me use another github url, e.g. github(.)mycompany(.)com/george/mynewrules.git

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
