Improvements to usage in settings page

The “usage” component in Settings | Cursor - The AI Code Editor is due for some upgrades.

  1. Improve tooltip text.
    Currently it says:
    “GPT-4, GPT-4o, and Claude 3.5 Sonnet (Claude 3.5 Haiku is 1/3 of a premium request). You may use unlimited slow requests (may run slower during high demand).”. No mention of gemini, deepseek or other novel models.

  2. show when the quota resets. This data is available in “manage subscription”
    but that calls for a re-direct to strip and is less straightforward than just showing when the quota resets on this page.

+1 to this I would expect the same, would be better a “real-time” tracking like the other editor.
