This is a known issue: on Remote SSH Windows client to Linux host clicking an in-chat canvas link shows Canvas not found even though the canvas itself is fine. We’re already tracking this.
The workaround is exactly what you found: open the canvas via + → Canvas → Recent, the path resolves correctly there.
I can’t share a timeline yet, but I’ll reply in the thread once there’s an update.
