I can see this started on February 4. On the same day, the team also confirmed issues with Anthropic on the service side, so it could be related to that incident.
That said, error 57 + resource_exhausted is most often caused by third-party API key settings. Can you check:

Cursor Settings → Models
- Make sure Override OpenAI Base URL is turned off
- Check if you have any third-party API keys added (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). If you do, try removing them temporarily

Fully sign out and sign back in (Cursor Settings → Sign Out, then Sign In)

Try creating a new test chat in a different project/workspace
In a similar case, the issue was fixed by signing out/in plus disabling the API key: Persistent Connection Error
