Describe the request

In the new Cursor Agent UI, submitted user messages in the conversation history no longer have a clear box/border. This makes it hard to visually distinguish my previous inputs from Agent responses, especially in long chats. I do not need borders around Agent responses or the bottom input composer. I only want submitted user inputs in the history to have a visible box/border or background contrast again. Now we have to look for “Worked for …” to find previous user input histories.

Please consider restoring this styling or adding an accessibility/theme setting for user-message borders in Agent chat history. Do not need for Agent history.

Yeah it’s really hard to identify user messages. The user message bubble could be made shorter, and aligned to right. This could make it more distinguishable.
